As President of M&F Business Credit, Inc., David is leading the way for innovative Asset Based Lending products and services for current and future clients. David’s diverse experience including commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and public accounting have produced a skill set which is rare in commercial lending. He Joined M&F Business Credit in 2008 as its portfolio manager before being promoted to President in 2009. Prior to joining the M&F Business Credit team, Walker was a portfolio and underwriting manager for a $1 billion + privately held commercial finance company; a CPA with Arthur Andersen's Atlanta office focusing on healthcare, manufacturing, and insurance businesses; and a Director for a $2 billion public healthcare company focusing on third party reimbursement, hospital acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Charles G. "Charlie" Johnson is the Senior Vice President and Marketing Director of M&F Business Credit, Inc. He has over 40 years of lending experience with major commercial banks and independent finance companies. Charlie is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Hartford (CT), holding advanced degrees in both Economics and Finance. Prior to joining M&F Business Credit in Memphis, Charlie was President and CEO of a publically traded finance company and has successfully started-up Asset Based Lending units for Heller Financial in Chicago and UPS Capital in Atlanta. At M&F Business Credit his responsibilities include marketing, business development and underwriting. Charlie is a past President and Chairman of the Commercial Finance Association, the international trade association of the asset based lending and factoring industry, based in New York City.
