Internet Banking Issues

If you are having problems logging in to your internet banking or have forgotten your password, please contact Wesley Carlisle immediately at wcarlisle@mfbank.com. For your safety, do not include account numbers, Tax ID numbers or Social Security numbers when sending information in an email.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Please report lost or stolen debit cards immediately to M&F Bank. PO Box 958, Kosciusko, MS 39090. You may contact your nearest M&F Bank branch or call 662-289-5121. If you are unable to reach a person at the bank, call 1-800-658-6644.

International Travel – What I should know about my debit card?

If you are planning to travel to a foreign country, please notify your branch staff so your debit card may be activated to allow international transactions. By default, these transactions are not allowed as an added security feature for our customers.

For items such as a "Stop Payment", contact your local branch or M&F Bank directly at 662-289-5121. Do not send these types of requests by email.
